Welcome! I’m Sheila Belanger, M.A., an astrologer and shamanic practitioner in the Seattle area. Thank you for your interest in my work.

My medicine is relational. I am a witness and open-hearted guide to help you track and navigate your relationship with the Sacred Other, a being that seems to be different from your individual self (such as an animal, a dream figure, or another human). In my classes, lectures, workshops, and training programs, I mentor you to honor your personal and collective dance with Sacred Other as it appears in the archetypes, those essential patterns and qualities that are universal to all humanity.

You have the ability to be conscious of the archetypes and to make empowered relationship with them. You can do this with both the astrological archetypes (planets and zodiac signs) as well as the shamanic archetypes (spiritual animals, teachers and ancestral guides).

When you deepen your ability to consciously relate to the Sacred Other, you grow into an initiated adult, a person who knows that they live in a larger web of connection beyond the perceptions of their individual human ego (your everyday conscious self). As an initiated adult, you creatively serve the planet through a deep place of authentic expression.
